Last set is a DropSet, drop the weight by 50% and perform exercises for another 10 reps

Barbell Row

Seated Cable Row with a Wide Grip Handle

Last set is a DropSet, drop the weight by 50% and perform exercise for another 10 reps or till failure

T Bar Row

Perform these 2 exercises back to back with no rest, after your are done with a superset rest for 60-90 seconds and continue with a superset

- Chin and chest up 
- Focus on pulling through your elbows and not allowing your arms to overpower

Assisted pull-ups
