Last set is a DropSet, drop the weight by 30% and perform exercise till failure

Incline Dumbbell Press

Last set is a DropSet again but this time you drop the weight twice, first time for 30% and the second time for 30% again, both time you do a set till failure. 
Example - you do your last Set with 3 plates on each side for 10 reps, then you drop 1 plate from each side and do a set till failure, then you drop another plate from each side and perform a set till failure.

Chest Press Machine

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flys

Both exercises performed back to back, 60 seconds rest between sets

Dumbbell pullover

Push ups from the bench

SuperSet Dumbbell Pullover + Push Ups from the bench
