Come to the gym with a positive mindset to change your body and lifestyle. Remember you are there not to talk or entertain anybody. We highly recommend to watch our workout videos to see how exercises should be performed. Every workout starts with a warm up - 10 min on elliptical level 3 Every exercise starts with two warm up sets with light weight to warm up your joints and muscles. Make sure to use heavy weights but to the point you are comfortable with full range of motion and good technique. If you are not feeling the muscles, the burn and squeeze, drop the weight for 10 lbs. lighter and see how you feel. The rest between sets should be no longer than 60 seconds. The rest between exercises no longer than 2 min. We are chasing the pump (blood flow to the muscle) Don’t forget to hydrate before/during/after workouts. Do stretching every day.

Hey, Rubin & Reval here! One day at age 14 our older brother challenged us if we could do 70 pushups in one set, our max was only 30 reps, but in the end we accepted the challenge. After a few months, we managed to Hit 70 reps and won the cash prize. This challenge has turned into a daily habit. 
At 20 Years old we got our first gym memberships. We fell in love with bodybuilding, and it became our lifestyle. 
 We participated in many fitness competitions such as mens physique shows, which gave us a great experience and allowed us to learn the competitive side of diet and training. 
In 2018 We started to document our daily workouts on Instagram to motivate and help people to get fit. After 2 years with over 670k followers, thousands of people are using our workouts and getting excellent results.
