Frequently asked questions
What equipment do I need?
These workouts use kettlebells or dumbbells, and resistance bands (both long and mini). I personally love kettlebells because they’re amazing for grip strength and carry over really well to pole — but dumbbells work just as well. You’ll see in the demo videos which one I’m using, and you can easily swap based on what you have.
Who are these workouts for?
These workouts are made for pole athletes — but truly, they’re for anyone who wants to move better, build functional strength, and train for longevity.
Even if you’ve never touched a pole, you’ll still benefit from the movement patterns, mobility work, and strength focus in every session.
