This 6-week course was transformative in healing my hip injury and improving my strength. The targeted exercises and expert guidance allowed me to gradually regain mobility without pain, and by the end, I was able to accomplish inverts, something I never thought possible. Abby’s approach was both thoughtful and effective, focusing on recovery and proper technique. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to heal an injury while progressing in their pole fitness goals.

I've noticed significant improvement in my body's appearance and physiology. I'm leaner, my muscles are becoming more defined, my breathing and balance has improved, my endurance has increased, and most importantly, l'm able to do certain pole tricks that l've struggled with because I wasn't strong enough. I am now!! The best part about this program are the progressions. I'm lifting more weight and doing more reps each week. I highly recommend this course especially if you are looking to increase your pole strength and mobility skills.

I’ve been poling for years, but this was the first time I felt truly strong and supported off the pole. Abby’s program gave me stability in my shoulders and core that I never realized I was missing. I can hold tricks longer, invert with more control and I feel way more confident in my training. This is a game-changer for any pole athlete.

About Abs | Pole Strength Coach

Pole Fitness & Strength Coach

I am a lifelong yogi and swam competitively for 15 years before discovering pole fitness in 2013- and I instantly fell in love. After a 10-year break, I returned to the pole stronger than ever thanks to strength training. That comeback made one thing clear: pole training alone isn’t enough. Most athletes don’t know where to start with cross-training, so I created OTPST to fill that gap. My goal is to help pole athletes move better, feel stronger and train for longevity- on and off the pole.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be an advanced pole athlete to do this program?
Not at all! This program is designed for pole athletes of all levels. Exercises can be scaled up or down depending on your experience and current strength.
What equipment do I need?
All workouts can be done with kettlebells or dumbbells—whichever you have access to! While we love kettlebells for their versatility, grip development and dynamic movement patterns, every exercise in the program has been designed so that dumbbells can be swapped in seamlessly and vice versa. You’ll also need a 36" foam roller, mini band and long loop resistance band. Here is a link to equipment we recommend https://tr.ee/oZuFYR
How long do the workouts take?
Each workout takes about 35–45 minutes, depending on your pace and rest. Enough to get strong, stable, and mobile without burning out.
What if I miss a week?
No stress! You can pick up right where you left off. The program is self-paced, so it fits your schedule.
Can I still take pole classes while doing this program?
Absolutely. This program is designed to complement your pole training, not replace it. You’ll find it makes your pole practice feel stronger and safer.
What makes this different from other strength programs?
This isn’t a random collection of workouts. It’s built specifically for the demands of pole fitness, with progressions at Week 4 to keep you challenged and moving forward.
