Odette, this was a brilliant video - you’re amazing! I’ve been suffering from functional scoliosis and snapping internal hip for years. I never been shown me how to correct pelvic rotation by therapists. I’ve had a lot of left QL aches since quarantine and after trying these exercises, my pelvis alignment was normal straight not mention a release in the QLs.
I’d love to see a video on how to address pelvic height realignment and shoulder instability. Many thanks! Sayeed
