I have prepared yoga classes for you through which you can
breathe, let go, release, strengthen and flow
according to what your body and your baby are asking
for during the 9 months of pregnancy.
The exercises in the course are drawn from Hatha Yoga
and are especially suitable
for improving flexibility during pregnancy,
strengthening certain muscle groups in the body
and preventing unnecessary strain and tension.
The course consists of 10 classes.
Each class is between 45 and 60 minutes.
Even for a practitioner, a beginner or someone
who has never done yoga.
The practice is gentle and safe,
suitable for pregnant women.
I always give an additional option for a certain position -
a gentler option or a more challenging option
if there is someone experienced in yoga -
so that you can always find the position that suits you,
and feels comfortable to you.
Each class has a dynamic
part and a part of relaxation and release.
The course is suitable for every week of pregnancy.
