Fun change-up and in & out workout! Enjoyed getting to work on deadlift form. The start stop running intervals made it challenging to get into a good flow but felt nice getting some sprints in after barbell set! 🔥💪🏼

Had to do Bike. I hate running and don’t own running shoes. That’s 3 miles and 150 squats. Oh yea feeling that 🩸🔥🔥🔥
