Option 3: Assault Bike

Option 1: Row
- 3 x 500m Row @60% effort
- 2K Time Trial

Option 2: Run 
- 2 x 400m light Jog
- 5K Time Trial

Option 3: Assault Bike
- 5min light effort @50%
- 10min MAX calories 

You can do 2 out of 3 BUT make sure you have atleast 30-30mins rest between or one in the AM and second in the PM
