Tough workout nos sweating as much as expected but tired

Started pretty good having less than 3 min on the first and second round… each round time increased. On the second set I had to put a 60 second rest in between else what I was literally going to die! Successfully completed it on 49 lbs and 25 lbs.

Not sure how long this should have taken…but…subbed trx pull ups and trx pistols…4:32 for the Deadlift/pull-ups…8:27 for the air bike/alt pistols/db push press…feeling accomplished and dripping sweat -Dori
