The pull-ups were hard. Used a small chair for support.

Highest intensity of an excersise so far. I'm sweating like a tsunami. Love it!

Couldn't do the pushups, so I did the laying on my back and rasing the dumbells instead.

The 2nd excersise, the one with the lunges, killed my legs. After the 2nd set, I couldn't get up from the floor, luckily the next excersise involved me lying on my back, on the floor.

Love being able to chest press on the floor! And I modified the pull ups by sitting on the floor and underhand pulling myself up with my racked barbell 🤘🏽
