Your ultimate 5 day gym split! This will allow you to hit all body parts but also focus on each area so nothing is getting left behind! Please make sure to warm up before each workout. I have a "warm up/mobility" collection with easy 5 minute warm ups. I also recommend getting your heart rate up with a 5 minute walk or run. All of my splits are customizable. If you finished all 5 days and you say "dang, my body is HURTING" or it's exhausting you too much, feel free to switch out day 5 "full body" and swap in some core and cardio or a HIIT workout. I said it once and I will say it a million more times...ALWAYS do what works best for YOU and YOUR BODY! You will be doing the same 5 workouts for 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks is up, you are welcome to repeat the program but up the weight/reps. Please message if you are unsure. TIPS: -Take progress pics! -Focus on form over weight (please DM me here if you need better instructions) -Lift with intention: cutting out distractions is key -Mind to muscle connection: while lifting, quite literally think about the muscle group you are working...it does wonders! -Work hard and finish strong: don't stop when it starts to burn, always finish your reps...you're stronger than you think!
