6-Week Dumbbell Only Program (home-based, progressive overload) A workout that feels like Pilates but packed with the results and muscle-building benefits of a lift session! Over the next 6 weeks you'll learn how to take your lifts to failure to build lean muscle with a progressive overload, fully guided format. All workouts include a mobility-based warm up and a cortisol-lowering cooldown that will drop you into recovery mode!     Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer

    Hey there, I'm Noelle! I've been teaching Pilates for almost 15 years- everything from directing a studio in the LA area to building an online Pilates studio. But I've recently started my own personal body recomp journey this year at 41 and have fallen in love with lifting. I have a goal to lose fat while simultaneously building muscle without burning through my nervous system and want to take as many women along with me. I love helping women rediscover just how strong and resilient their bodies and nervous systems are.
