Barbell #15 1st 5 Min = 4 rounds 2nd 5 Min = 1 round 22 reps 3rd 5 Min = 1 round All weights of 115LB Went out to fast, 1st round. Couldn’t get heart rate down during min rest in between. Fun WOD tho! 3 weeks of Barbell down!
