My name is Noah Ohlsen. I’m currently 28 years old and I’m a veteran CrossFit Games athlete. I’ve been at the top of the sport for about 6 years and ranked as high as 2nd at the 2019 world championships! I love fitness, happiness, and feeling healthy inside and out.
