This is an 8-week program that consists of three total body workouts per week.
Do not let the title of the program fool you. This program will challenge you. It is designed to lay the foundation for your new fitness lifestyle.
After completing this program, there is no going back to your sedentary lifestyle. This program will be challenging and enjoyable, and you’ll come out a better man or woman by the end of it!
Pay attention to technique in the demo videos, submit questions in the chat, and DO NOT forget to track your weights for each set!
In addition to this, make sure you are getting 8+ hours of sleep per night and eating 3-4 whole food-based meals per day.
On the nutrition side of things, aim to get 1g of protein per pound of body weight per day. That means if you weigh 200 lbs, you need to eat 200 grams of protein per day.
Hydrate! Drink a minimum of 3.5L of water per day, salt your food, and consume a low-sugar electrolyte supplement pre-workout if possible.
