About Noah Huff

WHO I AM

I'm Noah Huff, a seasoned fitness expert with over 12 years of experience in personal training, both in-person and remotely. I had the privilege of serving as a strength coach for the LA Dodgers for over six years, where I leveraged my extensive background in sports performance to help elite athletes reach their peak. I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and am a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Fitness Nutritionist. Throughout my career, I've successfully guided over 200 individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. My passion for improving lives through fitness led me to found Calloused Hands Fitness, where I continue to inspire and support clients on their journey to better health and an enhanced quality of life.

How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
