Get started today!

This is a supplement glute building program. There is no upper body training in this program. You will be working the hips, thighs, glutes and core in this supplemental program. It is 3 days a week, such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Or you can simply sub these workouts for your leg day training for the next 8 weeks!! You can do these anywhere with some resistance bands, dumbbells, and a sturdy bench or chair. No fancy gym equipment needed! But do feel free to add barbells and any other heavier weights if you have access to them and want to up the challenge! Lets build some strong glutes!! Welcome to Blessed Strength! I am a mother, wife and fitness trainer. Staying healthy: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually is how I am able to tackle my day to day.
