FAQ

What equipment do I need?
In the insight section of the app, you will see my shop. You will need small weights 2lb-5lbs and bands. Also, you can mix in the outdoor cardio with indoor treadmill cardio (if you have a gym membership of machine at home)
What level is this for?
My workout are for all levels. If you are a beginning, just slow it down, take a rest where you need or only do half the cardio. I want you to feel like you worked hard, but did not kill yourself doing it. That is not what I am about!
