Great after a run or if you just need to show those arms who’s boss!
I’m using 3 lbs hand weights but recommend 1-5 lbs. You can also do it without weights!

These workouts are just magic! In 10 minutes you’ll have done an insane arm workout and also stretches and also lots of steps to move your whole body. Love this so much
