Do you want to add 3 complete core routines to your workouts? This program is for you! Three times a week (in the order you like best) you can do these routines. Although they are in Spanish, they include a timer and sound alerts. 1. Tabata Abs Routine: A high-intensity workout with 8 rounds of core-focused exercises. Each round includes 20 seconds of work (e.g., planks) and 10 seconds of rest, targeting strength and endurance in just 4 minutes. 2. Isometric Abs Routine: Focuses on static holds to build core stability and strength. Exercises like planks, crunches, and side planks are held for 45 seconds, emphasizing control and endurance. 3. Superset Abs Routine: Combines two back-to-back exercises targeting different parts of the core with minimal rest. This approach boosts intensity and maximizes core activation.
