I’m so happy you’re here! Let’s get into today’s ab & cardio workout:
Before we begin the abs, pick ONE to do for 25-30 minutes: go for a 5k jog/run, bike, stair stepper, swim, rower- just push your cardio for that set time!
Ab time! We have the 100s! Yep- 100 reps per exercise. I know 100 sounds like a lot, but remember to take it at your own pace: you could do 4 sets of 25, 5 sets of 20, or whatever works for you.
Do each exercise consecutively.
Modification:
If you need to, move to your knees for the plank exercises.
