Day 3 of our Ab Sculpt and you are rocking it! Way to go! Today we are back at it with abs- we have a timed circuit: 30 seconds on for each exercise. Rest for 10 seconds, then move to the next exercise. As soon as you complete one round, rest for 45 seconds. Repeat 4x! Finish w/ a 60 second plank.
