For today’s workout, PICK a cardio that you’ll do for 25-30 minutes. I listed running or biking, but doing an indoor machine (like the stairstepper, rower, or elliptical) works as well if you’re dealing with weather. Just make sure you keep a challenging pace! Once you finish your cardio- NICE JOB by the way- it’s time for abs! You have 3 separate supersets that you’ll repeat 3x each before moving to the next.
