Start with 10 minutes on the stair master! Alright, today is the final day of this 4 week program! The best part- this is not the end. I recommend starting this program from the top and repeating it for the best results. Remember to challenge yourself and go up in weight when you notice a plateau or the workout starts to become too “easy” I have another Glute program in the works- 😉 stay tuned for Nikki’s Glute Sculpt 2.0!
