For this workout, put on your favorite music and go hard- remember to focus on your from and technique over lifting heavy.
Warm up with 8-10 minutes on the stair stepper or treadmill/bike. And/or, check out my mobility warm up flows!
Your workout will start at the squat rack, and after you’ll head into a few superset circuits. You’ll finish with barbell hip thrusts and cable kickbacks. You got this!
