Welcome to Glute Sculpt by Nikki! This program is an accumulation of my YEARS in the gym, figuring out the BEST and most efficient way to build the glutes! This program is 3 days a week, and each workout has a 10 minute warm up followed by 45-55 minutes of strength training. The program is designed to build your glutes by incorporating all the tried and true glute building exercises. Progressive weight overload is one of the KEY components of this program, so be sure to challenge yourself and push yourself past your comfort zone. Doing this, while SIMULTANEOUSLY exercising good form and technique, will get you results. I promise.
