At Home HIIT is a 6 week full body sculp and shred program designed with minimal equipment needed. You have 3 Circuit style workouts a week: leg day, upper body, and full body. Workouts are designed to be effective and efficient- perfect for those with a busy schedule. Outdoor cardio intervals & mobility recovery days are included too, to help you get the most you can out of this program.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
