This is a 4 day gym split program designed to get you STRONG & SNATCHED! This split has 4 strength training workouts a week with a Cardio and Abs workout in the middle to give your body a rest from lifting. This program is very flexible for your schedule; add a rest day in and just let the program week cycle into the following one. Stay consistent, and good results will come your way. I promise. This program requires a full Gym. For best results, prioritize your protein and stay consistent.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
