I donโ€™t know what you guys are talking about. I did it with 10 kg db (only have these in the house) and didnโ€™t feel anything.๐Ÿ˜ด 3burpees+9mc- did even faster, didnโ€™t have 60 sec rest. What the heโ€™ll I did wrong?
