BUY IN: 50 AIR SQUATS

AMRAP FOR 15 MINUTES:
10 FRONT LUNGES
10 ALTERNATING CURTSY LUNGES WITH SNATCH
10 SUMO DEADLIFT HIGH PULL
10 BALLISTIC LUNGES

BUY OUT: 50 BURPEES

*BEFORE STARTING THE AMRAP COMPLETE 50 AIR SQUATS

*AFTER FINISHING AMRAP FOR 15 MINUTES COMPLETE 50 BURPEES

*REST 2 MINUTES BEFORE STARTING BURPEES

- Begin with dumbells on your shoulders
- Step forward with one foot and lower down until both knees are 90 degrees 
- Press through front heel to return to starting position
- Repeat with the opposite foot

DB Forward Lunges

- Start with a DB in between your feet
- Step diagonally backwards crossing behind your planted leg and perform a lunge
- Step back to Start position and perform a DB Snatch lifting the DB off the ground over head
- Alternate legs each time

Alternating Curtsy Lunges with DB Snatch

- With a wide toed out stance and a kettlebell between your feet 
- Pick up the kettlebell and pull up to chin height
- Lower with a slow controlled movement

KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull

- Start with a Wide Stance
- Holding a KB or DB in one hand, lunge to the opposite side of the hand holding the weight
- Switch hands when switching sides
