Hybrid Fitness Trainer & Mom

I have been a Fitness trainer for over 10 years helping thousands of people ranging from moms to professional athletes and entrepreneurs! My love for fitness started young with competitive gymnastics & soccer. I kept the spark alive after college where I studied Sports Medicine & Kinesiology. After college I competed in Body Building shows for three years, never placing any less than 10th at Nationals. I also competed briefly in CrossFit. My training style is a Hybrid Mix between Body Building & Crossfit with high intensity movements focused on burning fat long after the workout is finished. My workouts are also designed to help strengthen you in your day to day functional patterns. As well as helping to build a Strong foundation for those who are new to their fitness journey or for those who are new to motherhood!! As a mom myself I know how important it is to re-learn the basics in order to avoid injury to an already healing postpartum body! On my page you’ll find amazing workouts that can be done in under 1 hour. You will also have access to all my favorite brands & sponsors. Spotify playlists will be included as well. Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home, at the gym or on the go! The minimum equipment you will need is either a pair of dumbbells and/or a kettlebell. In addition, equipment needed for more advanced workouts will be a jump rope, box or bench, and a barbell.
