This is our 6 day workout split

We will train 6 days on, with 1 rest day

PLEASE NOTE - rest days are essential for recovery & are a very healthy habit. If you would like to remain active, then go for a walk or something light!

Weird to start motivated into your class and finding yourself on a Te

It was a very exiting first day. I really like praying to the universe and I had this habit like 6 months. Also I had such habits like drinking water and going for a walk with my dog. ❤️🐶🐶
