How to schedule the program into a week? This program includes a 6 day training cycle, with 1 rest day.
We train Lower Body 3x per week, Upper Body twice per week, & Full Body once per week.
What do I need to participate in this program? Recommended :

- Pair of dumbbells
- Any type of weights (gallon jugs of water, bag of books, etc.)
