This cardio really got me today! I am so sore from the workouts this week ๐Ÿ˜… Iโ€™ve been upping weights all week and Iโ€™m feeling it! This cardio was a bit of a challenge overcoming the soreness but I did it! Loved this today ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
