My upper body was already sore from Tuesdays upper body workout so it was tough to get through this! I’m so sore 😅 it was a great workout though and I’m so proud of myself!

Moving quickly to get 3 rounds done for each of those circuits in the time allotted made my arms feel the burn!! This flew by but was so much fun!
