There is an extra rep based exercise that isn’t mentioned until you get into the actual workout. Not sure if it’s supposed to be a part of the workout or not but since it wasn’t mentioned and it was rep based I skipped it. Apart from that this was a really fun workout to do! Got the heart rate going and the sweat flowing 😂
