These low weight cardio’s never take me 30 min (always longer). Definitely works on my physical and mental endurance!

The rest timer needs fixed. It shows 45 seconds for rest when it should be 15 seconds. I had to keep changing it manually which took a little extra time. Apart from that this was a great workout 😊
