Just finished up this program after having twins in Dec.. it was the perfect jump start! I’m feeling excited and ready to move on to the Lean & Strong program!

Grea workout. Love the total body with an upper emphasis! And I need these 35 minute workouts with 4 kids! Love the longer ones but usually get interrupted too much!!
