This was fire. Love that from week 1 to week 4 the progression is so visible. Best postpartum program yet!

Just the thing I needed 💪🏼 and so real (could hear baby crying in some warm-up sequences which happens at my house too!). You do the best you can with where you are and what you got ❤️
