About the program

5 weeks of workouts that are effective and easy to fit into your busy life at just 32 minutes max! Each day includes a warmup, workout and cooldown. We work on foundational movements, strength, mobility and stability throughout the workouts for a well rounded and functional plan. This plan can easily be done at home or the gym. You'll need dumbbells for most workouts and a mini loop band, chair/box or bench for some as well.

      I’m a former D1 collegiate runner that had to re think what fitness meant to me after graduation and then again after becoming a mom. I’ve trained in every style from distance running to cross fit and finally found a balance that creates fitness, function and strength all during nap time 😁 I also focus a lot on core function and strength especially in pregnancy and postpartum because being a mom doesn’t mean you now have to deal with leaks, diastasis or other common pregnancy and postpartum complaints. Being a mom means you need to be stronger than ever and I can’t wait to help you get there!

      It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
