A full body focused plan with class style workouts! This plan is safe and effective for a healthy pregnancy but as always adapt and adjust as you may need to! The workouts range from 25-35 minutes.

Please be sure to take the time and learn your core function! It's at the start of every trimester so you have access no matter when you start the plan. I cue it in each workout but those educational videos are where we go into detail and learn it.

Weeks corresponds with what week you are in pregnancy. This  trimester includes weeks 14-28.
