Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Prenatal but anyone can do them. They're great workouts all around but my commentary if often prenatal focused😄. Since they are workout classes, I give lots of form tips and modifications so that you can adjust to your own level of fitness within the workouts.
There are 6 days a week available with suggestions in the program on how to cut that down if you want to!
