    Online personal trainer

    I’m a former D1 collegiate runner that had to re think what fitness meant to me after graduation and then again after becoming a mom. I’ve trained in every style from distance running to cross fit and finally found a balance that creates fitness, function and strength all during nap time 😁 I also focus a lot on core function and strength especially in pregnancy and postpartum because being a mom doesn’t mean you now have to deal with leaks, diastasis or other common pregnancy and postpartum complaints. Being a mom means you need to be stronger than ever and I can’t wait to help you get there! Niki is a certified personal trainer and pre and postnatal certified specialist with hundreds of hours of education and experience training pre and post natal women and teaching them about their core health and function.

    What are the goals of the program?
    To rehab and focus on healing your deep core postpartum so that you feel your best and are ready to get back to activities you love! This plan can be used any time postpartum to reconnect to and strengthen the deep core. It can also be used by anyone looking to create proper function and strength. The plan should be worked through at your own pace. Weeks can be extended or repeated if necessary to feel good about your core connection/ the concepts. It can also be moved through faster than laid out.     How to get the best outcome of the program?
    Master each concept with intention rather than rushing through. There is no blanket timeline for postpartum healing. We all heal and progress at our own pace, remember that as you choose to move on or repeat a week or workout! Take your time and get all the goodness this plan has to offer! Be consistent! Consistency over time helps the core to heal and strengthen.
    What do I need to participate in this program?
    A yoga mat of some sort, mini loop band, chair and small ball or puffy pillow.
    What's the schedule?
    This program is laid out 6 weeks, 6 workouts a week BUT it is recommended to use at your own pace. Repeat weeks and sessions as needed to master them before moving on. We build from breath to core connection to core in movement to core in full body movements. You will benefit more from mastering each step slowly than from rushing through!
    Who are these workouts for?
    Anyone looking to reconnect to or rehab their deep core. It’s especially helpful: -early postpartum (or any time before getting back to workouts) -helping to heal diastasis recti -helping to manage prolapse symptoms -helping with pelvic floor issues
    When is it too late for postpartum healing?
