Get started today!

A continuation of the Lean + Strong program. Each week Wednesday’s cardio is marked as optional. You can trade it out for another type of cardio you love or take an added rest day if you need it! The schedule is 6 days a week. Generally spending 35-45 mins five or take a few! You’ll see the same power week at the end of this plan as round 1! You can see how much progress you’ve made over these weeks compared to last time:) You’ll also find a recovery week filled with mobility and stability type exercises. I highly recommend doing this week. It’s a chance to actively recover before jumping into something else. Enjoy!

I’m a former D1 collegiate runner that had to re think what fitness meant to me after graduation and then again after becoming a mom. I’ve trained in every style from distance running to cross fit and finally found a balance that creates fitness, function and strength all during nap time 😁 I also focus a lot on core function and strength especially in pregnancy and postpartum because being a mom doesn’t mean you now have to deal with leaks, diastasis or other common pregnancy and postpartum complaints. Being a mom means you need to be stronger than ever and I can’t wait to help you get there!

How to schedule the program into a week?
Schedule is laid out for you! Feel free to adjust if needed or take an extra rest day(I recommend one of the cardio days of you so this).
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stay consistent. Even when you can fit a full workout in, cut down to what you have time for or choose a shorter one to sub in (30 min fit, follow alongs, recent workouts have a variety of shorter lengths).
What do I need to participate in this program?
Weights, mini loop band, sturdy chair/step/box/bench.
