6 weeks of follow along workouts! (Plus a week of active recovery at the end!)
These will all be under 30 mins.
Warm ups and cool downs available at the top. If you do both you may be around 35-38 mins on a longer day and picking the longer warm ups.
6 days a week available but they can be adjusted down!
5 days: cut one cardio day
4 days: cut one cardio and one total body
3 days: Do lower, total, total or lower, upper, total.
