6 days a week available! If you want.. 5 days: skip one cardio 4 days: skip one cardio and one total body 3 days: DO lower, total, total or lower, upper, total
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
Yes! Since we do all the workouts together I give tips and modifiers all throughout the workout.
