I’m 7 weeks post partum ive been walking mostly but wondering when I do take it to the next step to start running should I be holding my deep core tight as I run the whole time? Any tips on running post partum in general?

I may have been doing it wrong but propped up on my shoulder blades on a coffee table...yeowch!
