I’m sure I’ll be saying this a million times but thank you for being so realistic. Your “time available” example really hit home. I also have 2 kiddos and I also have limited time available to me! So thank you for reiterating that it is okay to do what you can! “Fitness culture” can look so unrealistic and I appreciate your realness. I really love the message of this video. It resonates with me because I caught myself fixate on the scale after having my second baby (only a bit more than a month ago) and I realised how silly it is to check my weight daily. 🙄
