We are here with you!!! Kids or not! But now that I have a baby and I prioritize working out still, I can relate to this soooo much!!! Amazing job for getting it done!!! This was one of the most challenging upper body workouts!

I am 15 weeks pregnant and was doing your prenatal workouts, but didn’t find them challenging enough compared to how I was working out before, so I am doing your get fit program instead. Are there any specific modifications I should be keeping in mind as I do this program? And should I be doing abs still?
